She just can't contain the crazy...

And she is.
A bitch.
And an idiot.


Like the rest of the world, I've watched this self-absorbed slag spiral in and out of crazy for months now. She's literally losing her mind. She can no longer contain the crazy.

From endless trips to disgusting gas station bathrooms to chugging frappuccinos, from shady late night hotel check-ins (hell-o, you know homegirl has got to be on something, and a hotel is the perfect place to keep the habit- it's private, she can meet her dealer there discreetly, and there's no court-appointed monitor snooping around) to hooking up with random (and creepy) members of the paparazzi- Britney is clearly exactly as Lainey describes: chicken fried stupid.

And now this.

Britney holds her children hostage for 3 hours after refusing to hand them over to Kevin at the scheduled time of 7 pm last night. She wails, she barracades herself and Jayden in a bedroom, she threatens suicide, she rants and raves. All very stable, I'm sure.
Finally, the police (and Kevin, I'm told) were able to calm her down enough to strap her trashtastic ass to a gurney and take her to Cedars Sinai Hospital, where she's currently on a 5150 (which is when a patient is held regardless of will because he/she has been deemed a danger to his/herself and others) and is undergoing psychiatric evaluation.

I've got an evaluation for you: She's batshit crazy.

And she doesn't care if she loses her kids.
In fact, that's probably the goal.

How else do you explain her missing 4 or 5 court-ordered depositions, showing up hours late for court appointments, blatantly ignoring her judge's orders, and not keeping her Kentwood-bred ass home long enough to actually spend any real, quality time with her sons?

If this court case involved you or me, we'd have lost those kids lonnnnnng ago.

She has chewed through 3 different legal teams, including her current representation, who has asked to be removed from her case as soon as humanly possible. According to them, Britney isn't willing to communicate.

In a world where you can find someone to represent the sleaziest of the sleaze, where you can secure OJ a solid legal team, where you can get off scot-free for molesting a child or raping a woman with the right set of lawyers- how in God's name can Britney not find someone to get her out of this mess?

Because she doesn't want out of this mess.
Because she won't listen to anyone, regardless of who they may be- lawyers, family, friends, etc.
Because Britney is a crazy cow.

What we're watching is someone intentionally living her life on the brink of insanity, on the brink of irrationality, on the brink of death. We're watching a trainwreck, literally. We're watching someone throw everything way for caffeinated iced coffees and coke bumps at the Four Seasons. We're watching a freakshow.

I'd feel sorry for her, if only she cared enough to want to change.
But she doesn't.
Until then, she can just keep right on truckin' as far as I'm concerned.
Just keep those boys away from her.
