But I get really annoyed when cars slow down to the posted speed limit in school zones (especially in the middle of the day, when the kids are safely inside).
I've never, in my 22 years of existence, seen a child dart into the road in a school zone.
So this 20/15/5/1.2 mph nonsense is aggravating.
(I have, however, had kids run out in front of me in neighborhoods like they had a death wish.)
Just a thought.
